Lana Kalmanovsky

Lana Kalmanovsky is a recently licensed Illinois attorney and a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. Recognized with multiple CALI Excellence Awards and active in appellate advocacy through several moot court teams, she brings strong writing, research, and analytical skills to her commercial, real estate, and transactional work.

During law school, Lana gained hands-on experience drafting motions, assisting with discovery, supporting depositions, preparing corporate and real estate documents, and advising clients on entity formation and contract matters. Her exposure to both litigation and transactional practice enables her to approach legal issues with clarity and adaptability.

Before earning her J.D., Lana built nearly 15 years of experience in business management, operations, and consulting—negotiating contracts, guiding financial decisions, and advising executives across multiple industries. She now leverages this deep business background to provide practical, strategic, and solutions-oriented legal guidance that helps clients solve problems with real-world efficiency.
